Workshops and Group Therapy

What is a workshop and group therapy?

I often organize workshops on very diverse topics. Workshops are an important part of my psychotherapist activity. They are specially designed to present topics useful for personal development. The workshops are organized especially in groups of up to 12 people.

I recently organized together with a colleague psychotherapist a personal development group for women. The topic of this workshop is based on the book “Women who love too much” written by Robin Norwood. The groups are closed, these topics being available for approaching only in individual sessions.
