The online appointment is made using the online appointment form available on the page https://psihosensus.eu/
The client transmits through the online appointment form the identification and contact data necessary for the provision of the services provided by the Individual Cabinet to him/her. The client has full responsibility for the correctness of the data transmitted to us.
Payment for the services provided by the Individual Cabinet is made in advance, upon completion of the online appointment. Payments are securely processed by our partner Stripe, we do not store your payment details on our servers. By making and completing the appointment, you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of our partner Stripe, terms and policies that are not under our control. After completing the appointment, the invoice for the payment made will be sent by email.
Cancellation policy for appointments made online and paid in advance
If you cannot honor the appointment made by you, you can cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. In this case, upon request, you will be fully refunded the amount paid, through the same means by which you paid for the service. We can also reschedule the paid session for another day, without the need to refund the amount paid.
If you have exceeded this deadline and wish to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, the amount paid in advance will not be refunded. Appointment cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, or on the same day, are non-refundable. In this case, rescheduling the paid session to another day is not possible. If a new appointment is desired, this involves a new payment.
